1. General Terms

KrishnABHI Tour and Travels offers a range of services, including car rentals, employee transportation, corporate car services, and curated tour packages.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.

2. Car Rental Services

Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings will only be confirmed upon full payment or as per the agreed corporate agreement.

Fuel Policy: Unless specified, cars are rented with a full tank and must be returned with the same. Any difference will be chargeable.

Vehicle Condition: Vehicles will be delivered in good condition. Any damage during the rental period will be the renter’s responsibility.

Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may incur cancellation charges.

Driver Services: If a driver is provided, you agree not to engage them in unauthorized personal or illegal activities.

3. Employee Transportation Services

Timeliness: We strive to ensure timely pickup and drop services. However, delays due to traffic or external conditions are not our liability.

Safety: All vehicles are maintained to ensure safety and hygiene. Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Identification: Employees must carry company ID and booking confirmation for verification.

Misconduct: Any misconduct with the driver or damage to the vehicle may result in service termination without refund.

4. Corporate Car Rental

Contracts: Services are provided based on mutually agreed corporate contracts.

Invoicing & Payments: Billing cycles and payment terms will be as per the signed agreement.

Fleet Customization: We offer customizable fleet options for recurring and event-based corporate needs.

Substitution: In case of vehicle unavailability, a similar category vehicle will be provided.

5. Tours and Travel Packages

Booking & Payment: Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking, depending on the package.

Inclusions/Exclusions: The package details will clearly list inclusions. Anything not mentioned is deemed excluded.

Cancellations & Refunds:

30+ days before travel: 90% refund
15–29 days before travel: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund

Force Majeure: KrishnABHI Tour and Travels is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

Health & Documentation: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they meet all health, visa, and documentation requirements for travel.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information while booking and maintain decorum during trips or while using rented vehicles.

You shall not engage in any illegal activity or abuse of services, property, or staff.

Inappropriate behavior may lead to cancellation of service without refund.

7. Liability

KrishnABHI Tour and Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused during travel, unless it is due to proven gross negligence.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the traveler. Lost items may not be recoverable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, text, and graphics on krishnabhitravels.com, is the property of KrishnABHI Tour and Travels and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of court in Delhi.
